Abstract
Our metabolome and transcriptome approach identified dynamic changes in five types of nutrient metabolite levels, and correlations among such levels, in developing fruit. The results provide information that can be used by metabolic engineers and molecular breeders to improve kiwifruit quality. © 2020 Society of Chemical Industry.
