Abstract
Tumor location should not be generalized to MB subtypes. SHH-subtype MBs are not exclusively hemispheric and hemispheric MBs are not always SHH-activated. It is imperative to identify subtypes in conjunction with tumor location when exploring currently available targeted therapy.
