Abstract
WDR63 stabilises p53 through K63-linked polyubiquitination, thereby driving pathological changes in AECs and lung fibroblasts and aggravating pulmonary fibrosis. These findings demonstrate that targeting WDR63 represents a novel therapeutic strategy for IPF.
