22‐4: Invited Paper: Display on Demand
SID Symposium Digest of Technical Papers2022Vol. 53(1), pp. 1524–1527
Abstract
By using the special optical properties of liquid crystals, displays can be integrated into our environment. With unique optical design, the invisible displays integrated into the entire surrounding environment can also display undisturbed images when needed. In this article, we will discuss the challenges and solutions from optical design point of view. In addition, some design concepts will be introduced to realize the application scenario of "display on demand".
