Abstract
In order to improve the refresh rate of large‐sized LCD products, a novel driving scheme calling Hardware Super Resolution technology or HSR for short is presented in the paper, which can be utilized in TV, MNT, NB, et al. The driving scheme mainly applied GOA Pre Charge compensation algorithm, odd and even frame interlaced time‐sharing charging and Smart TP. A protype driving circuit was fabricated, and various detection tests have been implemented. The results show the charging rate is obviously improved, and the refresh rate is doubled without increasing hardware resources.
