Abstract
Gas-flow-directed CH4−H2O CVD was proposed to increase the growth efficiency of 20 centimeters long DWNTs/TWNTs. Water served to maintain the catalyst activity and increased the average growth rate of 10−20 cm CNTs from 20 to 80−90 μm/s.
