Abstract
Pyrrole−imidazole polyamide−biotin conjugates recruit protein to uniquely addressable sites on a four tile DX array. Conjugates in combination lead to unique patterns with distinct spacing. Polyamide binding is sequence specific and requires no structural or chemical modification of the target DNA allowing the same DNA template to be used to create a variety of assemblies.
