Abstract
TWO slightly different specimens of the encrusting grey tunicate Dihnum candidum were collected in the southern Gulf of California and were examined separately. 6- Bromotryptamine [l] was isolated from the first specimen (87-045). The second specimen (87-061) contained 2,2-bis(b’-bromo-3‘-indolyl)ethylamine[ 2] and 2,5-bis(6’-bromo-3’-indoly1) piperazine f31.
