Abstract
PVP promotes 2H phase SiC generation on 3C-SiC nanosheets to form 2H–3C SiC heterophase junction. The tight interface of 2H–3C phase facilitates the separation of charge carriers, and enhances the photocatalytic reduction of CO 2 .
