Abstract
Small-scale measurement and control of aerodynamic flow enables practical larger-scale applications on aerodynamic platforms ranging from micro UAVs upwards. We will describe work carried out at BAE Systems on MEMS devices for fluid flow measurement and control together with some practical evaluation work.
