Abstract
21-cm observations have been made of an unusual high-velocity feature in the region of the South Galactic Pole. Along a single narrow cloud some 6()O in length we see a systematic variation of the radial velocity in the range -400 km 1 < , -60 km 1 The velocity behavior is suggestive of rigid motion.
