Abstract
The cross sections of the process ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{L}^{0}$ are measured at fifteen center-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}$ from 2.00 to 3.08 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of $582\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{pb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ and using the BESIII detector at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. The results are found to be consistent with those obtained by BABAR. A resonant structure around 2.2 GeV is observed, with a mass and width of $2273.7\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}5.7\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}19.3\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ and $86\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}44\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}51\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. The product of its radiative width (${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Gamma}}}_{{e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}}$) with its branching fraction to ${K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{L}^{0}$ ($B{r}_{{K}_{S}^{0}{K}_{L}^{0}}$) is $0.9\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.6\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.7\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{eV}$.
