Abstract
This paper presents the results of the analysis of a single-arm inelastic-electron-scattering experiment at an angle of 4\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. We present data on the turnon of scaling in the low-${q}^{2}$ region $0.1<{q}^{2}<1.8$, the neutron-proton comparison at large values of the scaling variable $\ensuremath{\omega}$, resonance excitation, and the shadowing in scattering from heavy nuclei.
