Abstract
Extending a previously proposed scheme for the meson leading Regge trajectories we discuss the possible new heavy vector and pseudoscalar mesons carrying the quantum numbers hidden in $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(9.4)$. We calculate the range of values of their masses and argue that the ${\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}}(10)$ is probably not the first radial excitation of $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(9.4)$. A linear mass formula is proposed to relate the masses of all the vector mesons including the new heavy ones.
