Abstract
We report on a moment analysis of the angular distribution of ${K}_{S}{K}_{S}$ peripherally produced in the reaction ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}_{S}{K}_{S}+(n or {\ensuremath{\Delta}}^{0})$ at 15.4 GeV/c. The data suggest the possible presence of a small, resonating, spin-$4{K}_{S}{K}_{S}$ partial wave in the ${K}_{S}{K}_{S}$ mass region 1.9 to 2.0 GeV/${\mathit{c}}^{2}$.
