Natural gauge without any ghost for Yang-Mills theory

Abstract
We show it is possible to find, for Yang-Mills theory, a gauge in which only physical degrees of freedom appear as free particles. This gauge is first illustrated for simpler gauge theories like the motion on a line and the Maxwell theory. In the latter case, the Hamiltonian in our gauge is identical to the Hamiltonian of the Coulomb gauge. Its extension to non-Abelian theories does not manifest any trouble.
