Abstract
Using a sample of $3\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $\ensuremath{\psi}(2S)$ decays recorded by the CLEO detector, we study three-body decays of the ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c0}$, ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}$, and ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c2}$ produced in radiative decays of the $\ensuremath{\psi}(2S)$. We consider the final states ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\eta}$, ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\eta}$, $p\overline{p}\ensuremath{\eta}$, ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$, $p\overline{p}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$, ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{K}_{\mathrm{S}}^{0}$, and ${K}^{+}\overline{p}\ensuremath{\Lambda}$, measuring branching fractions or placing upper limits. For ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\eta}$, ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$, and ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{K}_{\mathrm{S}}^{0}$ our observed samples are large enough to indicate the largest contributions to the substructure.
