Measurements of exclusiveBs0decays at theΥ(5S)resonance

Abstract
Several exclusive ${B}_{s}^{0}$ decays are studied using a $1.86\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ data sample collected at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. In the ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ decay mode we find 10 ${B}_{s}^{0}$ candidates and measure the corresponding branching fraction. Combining the ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{(*)\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$, ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{(*)\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\rho}}^{+}$, ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\phi}$, and ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\eta}$ decay modes, a significant ${B}_{s}^{0}$ signal is observed. The ratio $\ensuremath{\sigma}({e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{B}_{s}^{*}{\overline{B}}_{s}^{*})/\ensuremath{\sigma}({e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{B}_{s}^{(*)}{\overline{B}}_{s}^{(*)})=({93}_{\ensuremath{-}9}^{+7}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1)%$ is obtained at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5S)$ energy, indicating that ${B}_{s}^{0}$ meson production proceeds predominantly through the creation of ${B}_{s}^{*}{\overline{B}}_{s}^{*}$ pairs. The ${B}_{s}^{0}$ and ${B}_{s}^{*}$ meson masses are measured to be $M({B}_{s}^{0})=(5370\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3)\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ and $M({B}_{s}^{*})=(5418\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3)\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$. Upper limits on the ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma}$, ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\phi}\ensuremath{\gamma}$, ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, and ${B}_{s}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{(*)+}{D}_{s}^{(*)\ensuremath{-}}$ branching fractions are also reported.
