Constraints on the CKM angleγinB0→D¯0K*0andB0→D0K*0from a Dalitz analysis ofD0andD¯0decays toKSπ+π−

Abstract
We present constraints on the angle $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ of the unitarity triangle with a Dalitz analysis of neutral $D$ decays to ${K}_{S}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ from the processes ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\overline{D}}^{0}{K}^{*0}$ (${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{0}{\overline{K}}^{*0}$) and ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{0}{K}^{*0}$ (${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\overline{D}}^{0}{\overline{K}}^{*0}$) with ${K}^{*0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ (${\overline{K}}^{*0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$). Using a sample of $371\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $B\overline{B}$ pairs collected with the BABAR detector at PEP-II, we constrain the angle $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ as a function of ${r}_{S}$, the magnitude of the average ratio between $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}u$ and $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}c$ amplitudes.
