We report measurements of the decays ${B}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{(*)+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}}$ in a data sample containing $657\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}B\overline{B}$ pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. We observe a signal with a significance of $6\ensuremath{\sigma}$ for the combined ${D}_{s}$ and ${D}_{s}^{*}$ modes and find the first evidence of the ${B}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}}$ decay with a significance of $3.4\ensuremath{\sigma}$. We measure the following branching fractions: $\mathcal{B}({B}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}})=(0.30\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.09(\mathrm{stat}{)}_{\ensuremath{-}0.08}^{+0.11}(\mathrm{syst}))\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ and $\mathcal{B}({B}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{(*)+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}})=(0.59\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.12(\mathrm{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.15(\mathrm{syst}))\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ and set an upper limit $\mathcal{B}({B}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{*+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}})<0.56\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ at the 90% confidence level. We also present the first measurement of the ${D}_{s}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ invariant mass distribution in these decays, which is dominated by a prominent peak around $2.6\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{GeV}/{c}^{2}$.
