Abstract
We study the $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(1S)$ radiative decays to $\ensuremath{\gamma}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ and $\ensuremath{\gamma}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ using data recorded with the BABAR detector operating at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider at center-of-mass energies at the $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(2S)$ and $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(3S)$ resonances. The $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(1S)$ resonance is reconstructed from the decay $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(nS)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(1S)$, $n=2$, 3. Branching fraction measurements and spin-parity analyses of $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(1S)$ radiative decays are reported for the $\mathrm{I}=0$ $S$-wave and ${f}_{2}(1270)$ resonances in the ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ mass spectrum, the ${f}_{2}^{\ensuremath{'}}(1525)$ and ${f}_{0}(1500)$ in the ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ mass spectrum, and the ${f}_{0}(1710)$ in both.
