Abstract
This study by CWPS reviews a landmark survey of sexual harassment in the Federal workplace, released recently by the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. The CWPS study examines the Merit Systems survey and the 1980 EEOC Final Amendments to Guidelines on Discrimination Because of Sex, in the light of a legal review of harassment and sex discrimination since the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and recent studies of harassment victims.
