Abstract
Theoretical results are presented for the multipole components of the bore-field of superconducting dipoles for the Accelerating and Storage Complex (UNK). The components are due to various constituents of magnetization of the cable. The authors also describe the procedure for pulsed magnetic measurements that allows the determination of the multipole components of the field which are due to eddy currents in the cable. Calculated and experimental values are compared and requirements are established for the values of the basic electrophysical characteristics of the superconducting cable.>
