Abstract
A 900-MHz transceiver chipset for two-way paging applications has been introduced. The chipset includes a bipolar RF front-end and a CMOS baseband chip. All of the channel selection filters have been integrated into the chipset. The overall system has a 100 dB dynamic range, a sensitivity level of -125 dBm, and approximately 67 dB of channel selectivity.
