Abstract
The vicarious calibration for the Advanced Spaceborne Ther-mal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) onboard Terra satellite had been conducted for more than 20 years. ASTER Level 1 products has started to be processed and generated by the latest ASTER radiometric database ver5 in 2021. We validated the latest ASTER VNIR bands (Band1, band2, and Band3N) radiometric performance using ASTER vicarious calibration experiments and the Radiometric Cali-bration Test Site (RadCaTS) results obtained for the period 2014 to 2019.
