Abstract
A novel ethanol sensor based on CdO-Fe/sub 2/O/sub 3/ system oxide semiconductor has been developed. The performance of the sensor, including sensitivity, selectivity, stability as well as the response and recovery times, have been examined and studied. The results demonstrate that all characteristics of the sensors are excellent and that it is promising for practical applications.
