Post-Menopausal Bleeding - A Ten-Year Survey
The Journal of The Asian federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology2010Vol. 5(4), pp. 42–48
Abstract
The results of a 10-year survey of public patients presenting with post-menopausal bleeding to the Royal Hobart Hospital are reviewed. In 13.1% of cases, the bleeding was caused by a malignant condition of the genital tract, thus highlighting the need for thorough investigation of patients with this symptom.
