Abstract
Summary A case of primary transitional cell carcinoma in a duplicated renal collecting system is reported. A few cases of transitional cell carcinoma in the ureter of a duplicated system have previously been reported but there appears to be no prior report of transitional cell carcinoma in the renal pelvis of a duplicated system.
