Abstract
Figure S1. Clinical course of the patient's right oculomotor nerve palsy. The patient had ptosis and restriction of adduction, upturning and downturning of the eye on day 1. On day 4, her ptosis and horizontal eye movements had apparently recovered. One month later, her vertical eye movements had also recovered completely. Figure S2. Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging findings. The right oculomotor nerve near the midbrain was enhanced by gadolinium at the time of diagnosis, but with reduced enhancement 6 months later. At recurrence, enhancement of right oculomotor nerve was similar to that of 7 months ago.
