Stability of Coagulation Factors I and X During Collectionand Subsequent Storage of Bank Blood in ACD-Aand CPD Solutions

Abstract
Factors I and X were not significantly altered during the collection of bank blood into ACD-A and CPD preservative fluids. The factors remained relatively stable on subsequent storage under standard conditions for up to 21 days.
