Abstract
Abstract This paper proposes a configuration of liquid crystal panel for 3D application with the viewing angle property of each pixel varied and optimized for the direction to the corresponding perspective view, and the light blocking area of each pixel is located in accommodation to the lenticular and barrier design. The simulation result shows better performance on efficiency and cross talk comparing to the similar 3D display using traditional liquid crystal panel with the same pixel count and pixel size.
