A Measurement of $R = (\sigma \cdot B (p\bar{p} \to W^\pm \to e^\pm \nu )/(\sigma \cdot B(p\bar{p} \to Z^0 \to e^{+} e^{-})$ using the CDF detector in $p\bar{p}$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 1800-GeV

Abstract
We describe the analysis of data from the 1994-1995 collider run (1B) at the Fermi National Laboratory. We measure the ratio R= (σ x B(p$\bar{p}$ → W → ev)/σ x B(p$\bar{p}$ → Z → e+e-, at a center of mass of √s = 1800 GeV.
