Abstract
This report shares insights as to what the wind energy workforce gap is and why it exists, and how to inform industry, educational institutions, and the potential workforce so that they can reduce barriers and better connect the wind energy workforce through existing and novel pathways. The insights used in this report were collected from two web-based surveys:, one designed for industry and the other designed for the potential workforce.
