Abstract
This work uses journey maps to assess the deployment of distributed wind technologies through the perspective of installers.Journey mapping is a human-centered design method that chronologically traces processes from the perspective of those who participate in them. The journey maps will be leveraged to identify deployment pain points (i.e., manifestations of generic deployment barriers) that the Strategize, Engage, Network and Deploy (SEND) Distributed Wind project team will seek to address in future work.
