Abstract
A statistical calibration procedure for flux-gages exposed to a solar environment is proposed. This paper discusses the procedure as it is applied to data obtained from twenty-three gages tested at the Central Receiver Test Facility's solar furnace located at Sandia National Laboratories. A detailed evaluation of one gage is presented to illustrate the method and the results for the remaining twenty-two gages are given in tabular form. An alternate procedure is also presented for gages whose ''history'' is known.
