Abstract
This paper describes the contents of the 1989 Livermore Evaluated Photon Data Library (EPDL) as well as the sources of data, the evaluation methods and how to interpret and use the data. This library contains data for the elements H through Fm, Z = 1 {minus} 100, over the energy range 10 eV to 100 GeV. For each element cross sections, form factors, coherent anomalous scattering factors and the average energy of all secondary particles are given. 27 refs., 28 figs., 2 tabs.
