Abstract
Search for fractionally charged particles of charge 1 3 ze with z in the range of 4 to 4. Production is through collisions of the primary proton beam (200 GeV or higher) with nucleons in a target. The detection method is a hydrogen bubble chamber where fractionally charged particles in the beam will have an ionization less than minimum defined for z = 1.
