Abstract
SUMMARYSemidelitschia is described as a new genus of Loculoascomycetes with 1-celled, dark ascospores. It is placed provisionally in the Sporormiaceae next to Delitschia. A single species, S. agasmatica sp. nov., is described and illustrated from dung collected in Alberta, Canada, and Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, U. S. A.
