The Dangers of Hoax News from the Perspective of the Qur'an

Abstract

news is fake news where if the news reaches people who do not know or don't know about the news, it will cause negative impacts such as slander and also misunderstanding of the hoax news. so, in this case, hoax news is very dangerous if it is continuously allowed or even allowed to spread widely. Hoax news arises due to the misuse of informative social media and communication technology caused by irresponsible people and people who are not careful in capturing news or news. The purpose of this research is for people to know the dangers of hoax news with the basics taken from the al Quran. So in this case the researcher will try to analyze the dangers of hoax news from the perspective of the Koran. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. This is where researchers will try to photograph the surrounding social situation and examine it broadly and thoroughly. The results of the research show that hoax news occurs due to the irresponsibility of using informative social media and communication technology. This is evidenced by the spread of hoax news because of the people mentioned above. So in this case research will try to provide a little insight into the dangers of hoax news in the Al Quran.
