Abstract
The Sedona 30' by 60' Quadrangle includes part of the Colorado Plateau and part of the adjoining transition zone between the Plateau and the Basin and Range Province. The rock units mapped range in age from Proterozoic to Holocene. They include extensive deposits of Tertiary sedimentary rocks and Tertiary volcanic rocks of the Mormon Mountain volcanic field. Chemical data of representative samples of rock from this field are tabulated.
