Abstract
51歳女性。約3年前に，左耳後部の弾性軟の皮下腫瘤に気付いた。増大傾向あり，近医受診。MRIで皮下に限局する多房性腫瘤がみられた。摘出術施行し，病理組織で腫瘍細胞が疎な部分と一部束になり密に増生している部分が存在し，myxofibrosarcomaと診断された。拡大切除のため，当科紹介受診され，耳介から後頸部を含めて切除した。現在のところ全身転移はないが，局所再発傾向の強い腫瘍であり，定期的な経過観察を要する。
