Abstract
This paper explores the employability of normal university students, emphasiz-ing its significance to educational development and teacher team construction. It re-views the evolution of employability models, including factor exploration, struc-tural composition, and elemental relationship models, highlighting their theoreti-cal and practical contributions. The study also examines employability assessment methods, scale dimensions, development methodologies, and meas-urement ap-proaches. By synthesizing domestic and international research, the paper provides insights into enhancing normal students' employability through educational re-forms and career development support.
