Abstract
We analyze the misorientation of [1¯11] FCC single crystals during compression deformation. The development of local areas of misorientation is considered at different scale levels (starting with the macrolevel (specimen surface) and ending with a dislocation structure). It is shown that the accumulation of misorientation at dislocation subsystems contributes to the misorientation accumulation at higher scale levels.
