Error Analysis of Direction Finding for Wide Band Signals Using MUSIC Algorithm
2009pp. 1–4
Abstract
This paper aims at studying the upper-limit of band width about the narrow-band hypothesis of space spectrum estimation algorithm by simulation analysis. The algorithm of multiple signal classification (MUSIC) in subspace is used as the object of analysis; and the narrow-band hypothesis is analyzed in the short-wave band with a linear array of seven sensors. The simulations indicate that using the MUSIC algorithm can be used to design direction finding experiment system of short-wave communication with smaller memory and lower computation load, which prompt the real-time response and high resolution.
