Abstract

In advancing the achievement of further improvement in the material and cultural living standard of the people as the main target of the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the Twenty-Fourth Congress of the CPSU has based its projections on the potential created by the development of socialist production to date and on the growing store of resources in our economy.
